Notice-and-action mechanism (Art. 16 DSA)

Bookacamp hosts photo galleries and other content on behalf of event operators. If you encounter content that you consider illegal - for instance because it infringes copyright, violates personality rights, discloses personal data unlawfully, or otherwise breaches applicable law - please notify us. Every public photo gallery hosted on the Bookacamp infrastructure provides a Report content link on every individual photo. Alternatively, you can send a notice to dsa@bookacamp.de and include:


How we react (SLA)

We react to notices in good faith, in a diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner. The following service levels apply:

Every decision is accompanied by a clear statement of reasons sent to the affected operator (Art. 17 DSA) and to the person who submitted the notice, where contact details have been provided.
